After the strong finish in the heat race Brad was sitting pretty in third place to start the A feature. As the green flag flew it was obvious Brad would not be able to maintain his starting position as he quickly fell back outside of the top ten. Brad was able to hold his position when Matt Covington flipped in turn three. Brad would work his way back up the pack and finish in tenth place. Lewis Jenkins took the feature win with Gary Wright coming in second, Paul McMahan third AG Rains fourth and Gary Taylor rounding out the top five. By the time the race was over Brad had fell to seventh.
Just as the first A feature of the night was ending mother nature again took control over the night pushing the sprint car A main to Sunday afternoon. Just as it looked like rain would again take control of the day the clouds parted and racing would get underway.
